For an existing house:
We will provide a walk through of the property.
We can assess the individual rooms in the house and general layout to give you a professional opinion of the potential of the space. We will look at the overall space, storage, flow, continuity, efficiency, style,
and aesthetics of the home.
If remodeling is required, we can provide a cost estimate for you to determine if
the property is worth the purchase.
When you decide to purchase, we will work with you on a detailed remodeling design plan.
Ourso Designs, LLC will not only make sure that your kitchen and bath function properly, but will make sure your entire home functions properly from the front sidewalk to the rear fence......including the garbage can placement, storage of the bicycles, and lawn equipment, determination of your outdoor entertaining areas, etc.
For building a new home:
Allowing a professional space planner to review the plans will confirm the plan or will provide a solution for "tweaking" the plan. We will work with you from that point forward to achieve the goal of a "great home" for you and your family. |
